Does the new update fixes new issue with 14.2?

Everything is installing fine but not work, like the problem about 1-2 months before, some problem with correct signing. And mostly this problem with iPads.

I don't have them but I know some people have problems, because AltStore also made an update for 14.2. I have YouTube++ installed on my iPad Pro 2018 and its not working, but on other side on my iPhone X with same iOS everything works fine.
