What I did is pretty complicated, I blocked the domain of the survey on my wifi so whenever it pops up it doesn't show anything but an error, after like 30 seconds pass it starts again. Good luck Try refreshing it (scroll down until you see refresh icon).

Wait until it crashes, tap the notification CrashReporter gives you at the top of your screen 3. It should show you tweak or "suspect" that caused your app to crash 4. Tap the suspect, tap "Show in Cydia" Tell me what the tweak is, you don't want to accidentaly remove a package that Cydia needs to work with to function --------------------- Alternative: Reinstall the following tweaks: MobileSubstrate PreferencesLoader When it restarts SpringBoard try the apps again Hope I was able to help!
