I've been on lots of advice sites and switched all different settings off I've also done a full reset and then backed up by iCloud

No I haven't tried that before I'll give it a go ta No drops and always a cover on the phone if the I'm at work out. Just since the update it was perfect up until then and previous iPhones have been good

It wasn't that cheap for 3rd party one. I've got background app refresh off. And after I've been using it for a bit I'll put it on charge for the 3rd time today. It heats up very badly at times and I've had the battery checked by an apple rep. It's grinding me down not being able to sort it.

It is but I have used non apple chargers before? It's taken me ages to find a forum like this

Gavp83 Hi there in new to this page and I am after some advice please? I have a iPhone 5s on ios 8.3 and since the update my battery life is heat poor and I know you can't download the 8.2 anymore it's unjailbroken. I've tried all the setting changes please I've been trying everything thanks
