The last email I received said pending, but I looked through my bank records and it did take out the payment on the 12th of October. I’ve had VIP access since then but when I reinstalled yesterday I’ve only had free access

I had to reinstall my IOSGods App+, when I input my login info it tells me I only have free access when I just paid for 3 months on October 12th. Please help
