I installed it successfully via Sideloadly, but also not working for me on the latest IOS. Just app immediately closed when I tried to open it :C -

Not working anymore. Also tried via AltStore, same issue Failed to verify code signature of /var/installd/Library/Caches/com.apple.mobile.installd.staging/temp.b70523/extracted/App.app/Frameworks/grpcpp.framework : 0xe8008016 (The executable was signed with invalid entitlements.)
