Is the store down? Every app I try errors and turns red

I just used up one of my decryptions and received this error: {"error":"400 Bad Request: Not a query object: 830738450. Did you intend to use key=value?"} and another one {"error":"400 Bad Request: Not a query object: 833164830. Did you intend to use key=value?"} edit: I was able to download them by replacing the version in the url with the number 830738450

Well I feel like you should display that limit clearly then, because I only felt the price was justified to be able to download these old app versions from 2-3 apps. It will take me two weeks of daily downloading which I didn't think I was signing up for with "VIP." I looked around several posts for a limit and all of them seemed to imply there was no limit for VIP. I do really appreciate the service though.

Really thought I was paying for unlimited access to download all the apps I needed... I looked all over for any wording about a limit for VIP and couldn't find any. "If you are a normal iOSGods member, you will be limited to how many apps you can decrypt and download per day. " Doesn't this imply that VIP will not be limited? I've got 133 ipas I wanted to download and almost all of them need decrypted so I am limited to 9 (or 10?) per day
