I have the same, the page for the download gives a http 404 error so it seems it's been removed or something maybe. Hopefully it does get sorted though -
I believe monopoly go is serversided so you can't really do anything on it, I tried before (albeit slightly limited knowledge) but I couldn't do anything which would save.
