I been waiting over a month for an email to renew the App+ but no new mail received. i paid for a year and that’s not up yet, so what’s happening. I heard people getting the email and waiting patently isn’t working. help plz? I’m bored out of my mind here in lockdown still.

The app only stopped installing games a couple days ago, now it just freezes up. Yet more games ante getting added to it daily. Can we please get a fix to install?
