  2. Thank you, however. After the previous issue was resolved, I am now experiencing a new problem. The app now shows the error: “Device limit reached” This issue happens only with this specific game. Other games are working normally and do not show this error. Also, this device currently has only two games installed in total, so I do not understand why the device limit has been reached. Could you please check this issue again and help reset or verify the device limit for this game? Thank you.

  4. Hi @Laxus, I think there may be a misunderstanding. I already followed the instruction and clicked “Copy & Exit”. However, the only code displayed on the app screen is: Code: E1003 There is no long numeric code shown anymore. The long numeric code I mentioned earlier was copied from the message shown during the first app installation, but after this E1003 issue appeared, the app only shows the short error code “E1003” every time I open it.   5. @Laxus The code is the code copied from the message shown during the initial app installation. After encountering the “E1003” error, the app no longer displays any other code; it only shows the “E1003” error. Where can I find a new code after reinstalling the app? At the moment, every time I open it, it only displays the “E1003” error.
