Alternatively you could aks the author to see if he's willing to share his/her offsets.

That's normal.
You unfreeze the app by pressing c (continue) or CTRL+C. Can't remember what the lldb command was to resume the game.

You need to open the App’s binary/executable in IDA. Not your Tweak.xm file.
Your Tweak.xm is what you will use to create the .deb package.

Most apps that a removed from the App Store will most likely have the servers shut down too making the game inaccessible, even though you could install it.

It's just the 2 repos experiencing server issues. It should automatically get fixed, if not, remove them as one leads to a 404 error.

Game Center works via Bundle IDs, if the bundle ID is not recognized then it won't work on it. That's a con of duplicating unfortunately.

Yeah, just keep using your device and it should appear eventualy once iOS recaches your home screen.
You can also try reinstalling UIKit Tools from Cydia.
