Please uninstall and reinstall the iOSGods App+.

Mine seems to work. On IOS 13 and iOS 12, but I'm using CheckRa1n.
You can also perhaps try Jtool from jakeashacks repo.

The tutorial you're looking at is for ARMv7, which is similar, but the instruction set is different for ARM64.
You can try chhanging it to 00E0BF12C0035FD6.

Sometimes we cannot do that, because the .IPA download option is available. And people with a Mac can still sideload applications, just via a harder process.
