ALL apps can be downloaded from the iOSGods App. We've even made a tutorial on it: https://iosgods.com/topic/93697-installing-apps-from-the-iosgods-app-using-cydia-impactor-on-your-pc/
But the problem is that even Cydia Impactor is down right now.

Apologies for my late reply.
Apple has revoked our current certificate(s) and we are working on getting a new one so we can re-sign and get all the apps working again.
Please try visiting the iOSGods App & downloading your apps at a later time once they have been re-signed by us.
Until the normal install method is fixed, you can install your favorite apps right now using:

Unfortunately, the ViP Subscription you chose is for the Jailbroken ViP sections only & it does not give you access to the ViP Non-Jailbroken section or the ViP apps on the iOSGods App.

Please send a message to the Administrator titled "UDID Transfer" with your old UDID which can be found in your activation email and your new UDID.

For Custom install feature you need one of these: https://iosgods.com/subscriptions/
But currently the certificate is revoked, so custom install would work, but the app would fail to install.

Sounds like a caching issue? Can you try Incognito/Private Mode?
