It is not straight-forward to decrypt global-metadata.dat file for CODM as they have quite a lot of protection.
You could use something like iGameGod's global-metadata dumper, but it likely will not work on Call of Duty Mobile.

There is no way to get an APK working on iOS or converting it to an IPA at this time.

Flex is for Jailbroken only, but you can compile Flex methods into a theos tweak which also works on jailed.

Apologies for my late reply.
Unfortunately, it is possible that the account we were registering you to was revoked on the ~27th of December before your UDID was activated by Apple. This means we have had to re-add your UDID to a new account to rectify this issue but in doing so the waiting timeframe had to be reset so we have to continue waiting for this.
No further action is required from you, other than waiting longer. PM me with your UDID so I can verify this.

This is written in the FAQ:
Why do I get the popup saying "Unable to verify App" or "Integrity could not be verified"?
This usually means that the certificate which was used to install the app has been revoked by Apple. Unfortunately, revoking apps is up to Apple, and we can't do much to prevent revocations right now. To fix this, visit the iOSGods App or official hack topic on iOSGods and re-download the (modded) app once it has been signed with a new certificate. Alternatively, please use Sideloadly, TrollStore or iOSGods App+ to install your favorite apps.
