    Hey,
    Most games sync progress via iCloud/Game Center or their own logins so after reinstalling you should still have your progress or be asked to load from your online save.
    If the above are not present, and the saves are stored only locally on your iDevice, then it will of course reset when you have to uninstall and then reinstall the app, unfortunately.

    Why not install it via Filza? What are you trying to accomplish?

    This is an issue with Apple it seems. We'll just have to wait and see how it goes.
    For now, iOSGods App+ is available and working. Jailbreaking works too.
