There are two profiles you need to install.
1. iOSGods Installation
2. iOSGods Activation
It seems like you are continuously installing #1 all the time, so please close your settings app after you have installed the first profile.

You can use something like iFunBox and place the IPA inside the iOSGods App+ Documents folder.

You need to download the latest version from the iOSGods App, yes.
If it's the same certificate, you can overwrite without uninstalling it, otherwise you will need to uninstall.
Most games should sync via Game Center or other alternatives, so you should be ok. Just make sure that your game is syncing.
