You can temporarily remove the hack to make legitimate purchases. OR, go into Safe Mode/Boot into non-jailbroken state. I will remove the IAP hack next update.

If you just install via Filza, it should work.

Extract the Info.plist and add your device model to it then place it back in the IPA.
The 2nd screenshot error might mean that the IPA does not support iOS 11.

LDOE .deb hack currently does not support Electra. Keep your eye on the topic for updates.
Alternatively, you can use the IPA hack.

It still detects the Jailbreak files even if you removed Jailbreak.

Try re-sideloading, or reinstall the hack. Perhaps you did something that interferes with the app/hack.
