Hey,
Your system partition likely has no more free space according to the error. Try running iCleaner to see if that helps.
Uninstalling some tweaks is also helpful.

iPad 4 is x32 and the hack is x64 only now.
This hack only works on x64 or ARM64 iDevices: iPhone 5s, 6, 6 Plus, 6s, 6s Plus, 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus, X, SE, iPod Touch 6G, iPad Air, Air 2, Pro & iPad Mini 2, 3, 4 and later.

Watchpoints seem broken on iOS 11.3.1. But they apparently work on 11.2.6 (maybe 11.3) and lower.
