Yes, Dopamine Jailbreak is out for iOS 15, but you can't update your iOS version from 14.3 to 15.0 as Apple forces you to be on the latest iOS.

If you're after the currencies, use the hacked version on the iOSGods App.
Otherwise, likely not.

Use CODESIGN_IPA = 0 if you just need it for TrollStore.

This depends on how you installed it.
If you used !Sideloadly, you simply need to refresh/sideload again or use the automatic refreshing feature.
If you downloaded from the iOSGods App or iOSGods App+ then it's likely revoke related. The best way would be to compare the hacked version to the App Store version. Otherwise, when you open the app it'll say it needs updating.

Does this always happen when trying to sideload this app in particular?
If you do not inject anything, does it work?
It's possible that you may need to clear the unused IPAs in your Sideloadly cache folder. The daemon IPAs are here too so don't delete those that are auto refreshing otherwise they'll fail to refresh.

What if you visit app.iosgods.com/store using a different browser like Chrome?

For simple Flex patches, you can also just use the normal theos, and then use Sideloadly to inject your .deb into your IPA as Sideloadly will automatically try to convert the .deb to support jailed.
Otherwise, theos-jailed exists.

Both of those apps seem to be from @AlyssaX64. There was an issue with one of the decrypting tool used and I've notified them to reupload.

Maintainer field is not really necessary. It should not really prevent you from using the .deb or making the tweak work properly.
If it's still not working, it's possible that there may be another issue at hand.
 
There is a currently known issue where some tweaks from iOSGods are not showing up which we're working on fixing!

Developer Mode does not really allow people to do that. Enabling Developer Mode is harmless, however, you should be careful which IPAs you sideload and make sure you stick to trusted sources.

Thank you for the detailed support topic.
It seems like both tweaks are using the same bundle ID. When this happens, your Jailbreak will overwrite the old tweak and consider the new installation as an update.
 
A workaround for this is:
1. Install the first cheat.
2. Navigate to /Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries/
3. Find BulletForceiOSGods…dylib & .plist and copy & rename both to something else like BF.dylib & BF.plist
4. Install the other cheat and the above BF.dylib & .plist should still be available and injected 
5. Open your game and you should see both menus now.
 
You would have to repeat these steps every time they get updated.
