Unfortunately, the ViP Subscription you chose is for the Jailbroken ViP sections only & it does not give you access to the ViP Non-Jailbroken section.

You could alternatively install theos dependencies. And when it comes to cloning, do so on your PC and then use rsync to copy it to your iDevice. Thus skipping the use of git.
Also, you could use my theos once dependencies are Installed, just extract it. You know where to get it.

The ignition links are supposed to be viewed and installed via Safari on iOS. They're direct installs, no need for a computer or Cydia Impactor.
Where as exploit error is caused by not enabling Airplane mode when re-jailbreaking.
