10,2 is a device model, not an iOS version. You need to add your device model (10,2) to the list of supported devices inside Info.plist and try again.
Although there's likely a reason for your device not to be supported by the app in the first place.

Use Rasticrac then proceed to analyze the IPA executable and other files.

We do not offer support for unofficial Jailbreak downloads.

Edit the IPA's Info.plist using any text editor, then place the new Info.plist inside the .IPA and try sideloading again.

Try re-downloading the IPA. Use a different browser. Likely it got corrupted during download.

You must have done something to your Jailbreak as these issues do not come out of nowhere.
You can try running Delectra to completely femove Eectra Jailbreak so you can re-Jailbreak again afterwards.

Yeah, SHIFT+UPDATE updates the iOS, keeping all your files.
SHIFT+RESTORE updates the iOS but removes all your files.
Either way, you should have backed up your iDevice before doing anything.

It seems like your ViP has expired, which would explain your issue.
Usually, once your ViP expires iOSGods Authenticator will disallow you from using some/most ViP hacks. If not, then you will continue using them but since you’re now a normal member, you will start seeing ads.

As of now no. Updating both x32 and x64 is tiring. Especially now since LDOE devs are fighting cheaters.

This hack is an In-Game Mod Menu (iGMM). In order to activate the Mod Menu, tap on the iOSGods button found inside the app.

This is likely because you used a Japanese iTunes account to install the app or you used a cracked version and you're unable to update it unless your login to the Japanese account again. Or wait for the cracked to upload the new version.

For new Mod Menus you don't need to add and update the APMenu.plist. Just copy the new .dylib and .plist over from the deb and you're done.
