Have you tried iFunBox? You can just copy paste the images to your computer.
Windows should have the option to view your photos via explorer too.

Then convert that to a theos project and use theos-jailed to inject it into your IPA.

There's a problem with getting new certificates. Apple isn't making it easier regarding this.
You can use alternative installation methods meanwhile mentioned inside the popup when trying to install an app from the iOSGods App.

This is ARM64. The tutorial you're looking at is likely old and for ARMv7. Which is still viable, as it's the same concept.

Unfortunately iOSGods Authentication requires a constant internet connection for it to work and there's no way around this as of now.
You can try logging in while connected to the internet and keep the app open in the background so you won't have to login again for a short period.
