Have you tried iFunBox? You can just copy paste the images to your computer.
Windows should have the option to view your photos via explorer too.

We'll see if we can add a simple way of installing via AltStore, but some IPAs seem to crash and not work well with AltStore.

Try rebooting your PC, and if that doesn't help, reinstalling iTunes might.
