iOSGods App+ & iOSGods ViP Plus are separate subscriptions. You will have to use the normal app and that is currently revoked, but you can use Sideloadly or AltStore to sideloading your IPAs for now.

You currently cannot Jailbreak iOS 13.6 and you can also not downgrade. You will just have to wait for a new Jailbreak that supports your iOS version.

iOSGods App+ is out of stock because Apple is trying to crack down on 3rd party app stores. The normal iOSGods App is also revoked, however, you can still sideload apps with Sideloadly, AltStore or Cydia Impactor.

Make sure you have iTunes installed from the web. The link are found inside the Sideloadly topic. Install iTunes, and make sure to sync your device and then open Sideloadly.

Apologies for my late reply.
If your card was declined, please try purchasing again from a different device and network. You can try purchasing from your iOS Device & use Mobile Data. If the issue still persists, make sure your card has enough funds. The ViP prices are in USD.
Some transactions can also be blocked by your bank, so you might have to call them to allow the transaction.
