You will have to use Sideloadly while the normal app installation methods are revoked by Apple.

Apologies for my late reply.
Apple has revoked some of our App+ users. We are still gradually fixing every affected user and we will get to you soon. The reason for the delay is because went on a crazy revoke spree and also wouldn't accept any new account registrations.
Please be patient and keep an eye out for the revoke fix email. If your email is incorrect, you may not receive one. So you can try visiting the App+ install URL once in a while. Sideloadly is also a temporary option until your App+ is fixed.

If you used Sideloadly to install, this is known with free Apple Developer accounts.
You only way around this for now would be to either use a paid Apple Developer account or iOSGods App+.
