The apps on the iOSGods App are not auto updating. It's not possible right now. The cheaters have to update them manually.
And you won't lose your save progress if you sync your Save via Game Center, iCloud or the game's social logins.

There are too many people downloading from the app right now which is making everything slower for everyone involved. Because of that, we're forced to limit who can use the app right now. In order to use the app during this state, you need to not be a "Newbie" on the community, iOSGods.com. In order to do so, make a few posts, participate in some conversations, etc.
Alternatively, you can just purchase ViP and skip all the above.

.deb files only contain the hack, not the app itself.

You can hack on Windows or Mac. I personally use Windows with Mac readily available in VMWare.

You can alternatively install iOSGods App by pressing the Share icon on the app.iosgods.com page and adding to home screen.

Seems like you need to use iTunes on your computer. Sync your iDevice and it will copy over the data and remove them from your iDevice.

Use the Custom Duplicate Install feature that appears when you click on the "..." button in the app.

Uninstalling some tweaks is also helpful.
