Only for safety and security reasons since Sideloadly is still new. But, nobody has reported any issues so you can use it on your main account, should you prefer.

Anything that gets released to the public has a chance of getting patched, it just depends on a number of factors.
If you post it for the general public, the chances for it to get patched will of course be higher.

We'll look into the SMS verification code, but it is low priority given that not many people have said anything about this issue.
There does seem to be a way of creating a new Apple ID without 2FA if you use iTunes on your desktop I believe?
