It likely does, but games usually do not ban you for just being Jailbroken.
It would prevent you from playing if they detect Jailbreak, or they would simply log that your device is Jailbroken and use this information if there's any suspicion on your account.

This issue can be fixed by opening the IPA with 7-zip or other zip utilities and deleting the PlugIns folder inside /Payload/Mimo.app/PlugIns/. The next version of Sideloadly will introduce a new option to automatically do this!

Does this happen with a specific app, or multiple apps? If yes, can you tell me which and also what your iOS version is?
Have you also tried rebooting your device to see if it displays the app?

I cannot seem to reproduce this option. Can you try re-downloading the .IPA as it may have gotten corrupted during download?
Use a different browser/network too. That may help.

It's the other alternative if you have another Apple Device.
We'll look into the SMS verification code, but it is low priority given that not many people have said anything about this issue.
There does seem to be a way of creating a new Apple ID without 2FA if you use iTunes on your desktop I believe?
