Yes, as long as the devices belong to you.

In this case, you will have to set a custom random bundle ID from Sideloaldy's advanced options.

You could use iMazing; it still requires iTunes installed. But you should stick to iTunes.

Actually, it will overwrite if you use Sideloadly for both IPAs and use the same Apple ID.
If your app has a different bundle ID, you can try entering that in the advanced options.

For CheckRa1n you can use the option in the CheckRa1n app to remove the Jailbreak.
However, if your Jailbreak is still being detected, a full iTunes restore is the ultimate solution.

You need to visit the Apple website and generate an app specific password for your account to use with Impactor.
But, if you are using a free/normal Apple ID, Impactor will not work for you. Please use Sideloadly instead.
