You will have to use Sideloadly while the normal app installation methods are revoked by Apple.

You need to decrypt your IPA with CrackerXI or alternatives.

This is a known issue with Photoshop Express. You will have to delete that file and try again.

We can lower it, but it's probably best you play without the damage version.

If you used Sideloadly to install, this is known with free Apple Developer accounts.
You only way around this for now would be to either use a paid Apple Developer account or iOSGods App+.

Your solution is either a paid Apple ID or App+.

If you have purchased an App+ subscription, you should have been activated by now. Make sure you are not confusing ViP with App+.

I just tried it and I have no issues logging in. Is Google perhaps banned in your country?
Can you try going into Private Mode?
You can also try logging in to Safari and then it’ll automatically log you in-game.

You can do this via any scripting language and with something like insert_dylib.
