You disputed the payment via PayPal, so the blacklist is valid.
If 24 hours had passed, and you received no email, you need to contact us in order to look into your issue, not initiate a dispute.
Your device can only be de-blacklisted if you cancel or reverse the dispute and send me a PM when that is done.

If you have recently purchased iOSGods App+, it may take a few hours for us to process your order. When the processing is done, we immediately send you an email to the email address you used when purchasing.
If you have not received an email, please make sure the email address you entered is correct and check your spam/junk folders. Alternatively, you can visit https://install.iosgods.com/ using the registered iDevice to install the iOSGods App+.

It is up to the signing services to add support for iGameGod injection as the iGameGod .deb is not your typical deb file.
For now, you can use Sideloadly or iOSGods App+ to inject iGameGod to your IPA.

To fix this, you will either need a paid Apple ID or purchase the iOSGods App+ subscription.

If it happens on one app, then there may be an issue with that app in particular.
If it happens with multiple apps, then during the installation phase, please try enabling a VPN to see if that helps.

The Jailbreak counterpart is easier if you use Filza or iMazing, or any other Jailbreak file managers. For PC programs you will need apple file conduit from Cydia.
WinSCP/Cyberduck is also an option and only requires openSSH on Cydia.
