Hello,
You can use Sideloadly to inject any .deb to your IPAs before installing or sideloading.
Just keep in mind that not all .debs will support Non-Jailbroken devices.

Are you referring to your iDevice or your PC? Can you check both?
Sideloadly needs to extract and sign the IPA to your temporary directory on your PC.

If you're Jailbroken, you need the Jailbreak ViP 2 or 3 Months. If you're Non-Jailbroken, you need the Non-Jailbroken ViP 3 month subscription.

Managed to fix it.
I used v5.3.0 of Unc0ver from unc0ver.dev and that worked. The latest Unc0ver versions are not working well on iOS 12.

Windows Defender has been marking all Jailbreak IPAs as viruses sadly. You will have to whitelist the phoenix IPA in order to continue.

Next Sideloadly update will introduce Wi-Fi sideloading which may help you in this case.
But the issue is that you still need to enable Wi-Fi connect via iTunes via USB..
