Apologies, this has been resolved now!

If you use the Sideloadly IPA Download option, once the IPA is downloaded you have the option to Open In... and then TrollStore.

Where did you download this IPA from? You need to inject iGameGod Jailed too if it's not present.

Does something like IPA Installer help perhaps?
iOS 12 is quite old, make sure the app you're installing supports it.

For the web app, you can add it to your home screen from Safari as it's effectively the same thing. 
As for App+, please try installing again now as the issue should be resolved.

This is not really stuck, it actually means that the install has completed as long as no other errors are displayed on the logs. Close iGameGod now and open the app. In some cases respringing may help.

I don't think iMazing method works anymore on the latest iOS but I haven't tried it.
You could transfer the save over through Game Center or social logins if available. Please see our "Sideloading & Game Center" topic here: https://iosgods.com/topic/163125-sideloadly-sideloaded-apps-game-center-save-progress/
 
Otherwise if you enable File Sharing in Sideloadly and do the same on the other device then you can access the app's Documents on your PC and transfer over to the other device that's also using Sideloadly.

Aha! I see the issue now and resolved. Please log out and back in.
For future reference: if you purchase a ViP subscription while one is active already, you may need to contact me to stack them for you. This was mentioned on the coupon's topic.
