For now, you can use Sideloadly or iOSGods App+ to inject iGameGod to your IPA.

Some ISPs seem to block localhost URLs which App+ uses to install.

The Jailbreak counterpart is easier if you use Filza or iMazing, or any other Jailbreak file managers. For PC programs you will need apple file conduit from Cydia.
WinSCP/Cyberduck is also an option and only requires openSSH on Cydia.

You should try using this. Use the code from the popup you receive on iOS, and not from SMS.

CSR2 will not work when sideloaded unfortunately.
And  there is no way to get free IAPs on it without Jailbreak at this time.

You need to start a new theos project by typing in Terminal:
$THEOS/bin/nic.pl

After sideloading and the app appears on your Home Screen, head over to:
Settings -> General -> VPN & Device Management -> Tap on your email -> Tap on Trust -> Open the app on your home screen.

If you are using Sideloadly then you do not need to uninstall and reinstall the app. Use the same Apple ID previously used and it will overwrite the app so you won't lose any progress gained.
If you're using iOSGods App+ then Game Center should work, so you can uninstall and remove and reinstall and your save will most likely still be present.

You may have broken your save game and may need to restart.
Log out of Game Center and reinstall the app. 
Otherwise, use Apps Manager if you're Jailbroken.

You can use Apps Manager Cydia Tweak to clear app's data and log out of Game Center. It will likely work.

Yes, but some games have extra protection so they can't be hacked like some others can. Each game is usually unique.

You could try something like iGSpoof and Apps Manager to wipe out the app's data.
Logging out of Game Center also may help.
Ultimately, you can delete the app's information stored on your iOS keychain.
