There are no official IPA versions of Filza, and if there are, they are iOS version specific.

There are no easy ways. il2cppdumper is as easy as it gets.
Live Offset Patcher also helps.

Logging out and back in should help. Make sure you are using the current ViP account @Tropic_Pineapples.
Additionally, ViP IPAs currently are not unlimited. You are capped to 10 per day which should be enough to do what it is you want to.

Dragon Ball Legends JP is still free, and not ViP. Dragon Ball Legends Global has a free and VIP version.

If all you are doing is mirroring your screen, then yes, sideloaded apps will be mirrored too.

Can you search in spotlight to see if you have App+ installed already?
Also check your storage settings and see if it's there so you can remove.
Then reboot and try reinstalling.

To clarify, you mention you purchased ViP, and not App+. They are separate subscriptions.
If you did purchase App+, activations are slightly delayed due to a recent revoke wave that hit which we're working on solving.
