So in order to inject the iGameGod .deb (or any .deb) with !Sideloadly, you need a decrypted .IPA file to do so.
Currently, obtaining a decrypted IPA file is only possible if you or someone with a Jailbroken device can decrypt the file for you. Otherwise, check out iPhoneCake as they also provide already decrypted IPAs.
We are also working on something that will help with app decryptions on Jailed devices..

Once you inject iGameGod, the overlay will automatically show when you open the app. Provided that the injection was successful. Sideloadly makes injecting 3rd party tweaks easy.

If you want to get IPA files from your device, then you can use iMazing. To decrypt the IPAs, you will need Jailbreak.

This is likely possible, but likely not via Filza.
You'll have to reverse the executable(s) in IDA to see if you can modify the values.

Actually, you shouldn't be seeing any ads. They're only for guests, newbies and normal members.
Are you logged in to your current account and still seeing ads?

We have received some reports that users were able to fix these crashes by:
Uninstalling iGameGod from Cydia
Opening Filza, searching for "iGameGod" and deleting any results.
Reinstalling iGameGod
 
If this works for you, please let us know which files/folders you deleted so we can fix this for everyone else.

Since you mentioned the game pops up with an "Error occurred" message, it is likely that they have protection against cheat engines.

This issue may be related to the forced bundle ID change on the latest iOS versions when sideloaded which causes Game Center to stop working. 
It's possible that this issue may get fixed if you purchase & use iOSGods App+ as Game Center does work there.

It seems like you have already applied for a UDID change or replacement before and in order to prevent abuse and misuse, there's a limit which allows only one UDID transfer/change during your one year subscription.

Sideloadly uses your PC's resources to sign and zip. So make sure you're not running anything intensive in the background which can hog your resources.
Also, perhaps your antivirus may be interfering.
Lastly, you should reboot your PC and try again.

You likely can!
There's a similar video tutorial by @Lord Alucard where he uses the nearby search feature in iGameGod on CSR2 where he modifies the rewards. You may be able to use the same concept for store items in games.
