You can use Sideloadly to do this.
If it crashes with Sideloadly too, then likely the dylib was not meant or will not work for Jailed devices.

Are you referring to In-App Purchases? If yes, those won’t work in sideloaded games. Please read our "iOSGods Jailed App Frequently Asked Questions & Answers" topic here: https://iosgods.com/topic/85362-iosgods-jailed-app-frequently-asked-questions-answers/
 
Otherwise, your issue may get fixed if you sideload with a Paid Apple ID or iOSGods App+.

Make sure you are downloading from the official website: https://unc0ver.dev/
If you are told about Unveil security app, then that's normal and from the official team. You can ignore it if you don't want to install it.

Make sure the time & date on your PC is correct, and also be sure your antivirus isn’t blocking sideloadly.

Is it a physical home button or the software based one? If it's a physical button, you'll have to fix it.
If it's software based one (iPhone 7 and later), you'll have to use the volume buttons on the side to enter DFU mode.

Jurassic World Alive will not work when sideloaded with free Apple IDs. To fix this issue, you'll have to use a paid Apple ID or iOSGods App+.

Could it be possible that just using the new Apple ID worked in this case? Can you try disabling the VPN?

Apple has revoked our current certificate(s) and we are working on getting a new one so we can re-sign and get all the apps working again.
Please try visiting the iOSGods App & downloading your apps at a later time once they have been re-signed by us.

We have added the AltStore install option as requested, however, we have noticed that it does not work well with certain IPAs and does have its own issues which is why we don’t actively promote AltStore and recommend Sideloadly instead.
 I’m not sure how you can fix these crashes, you’ll have to ask the AltStore developers.

I see, I'm able to reproduce too and I think it's a specific issue with this IPA.
I think what happened here is the author @Laxus used Windows to re-package the IPA and that caused the unique filename to change due to Windows' limitation. The RebelInc. file was automatically renamed to RebelInc_ which of course breaks the IPA.
To fix this for yourself, open the Rebel Inc. Hack No Jailbreak Cheats 1.10.2 Hacked IPA by iOSGods.com.ipa with 7-Zip or WinRar or any other alternatives and rename these 2 files:
RebelInc_ > RebelInc.
Telefonbuch_ > Telefonbuch.
 
If you're using Windows, you must rename the files while inside the archive otherwise the same issue will happen.
