This is unfortunately a known issue that is currently happening to some users.
There are talks of Apple placing UDID blacklists, so that may be it. But it's too soon to tell right now as iOS 16 is in BETA.
Your best bet is to downgrade back to iOS 15 and use iOSGods App+.

If using !Sideloadly, you should not uninstall the app. You need to reinstall the app or any updates using Sideloadly and the same Apple ID. That way you won't lose your progress.
 
As for iOSGods App & !iOSGods App+, they automatically sync with Game Center so everything should work normally and you can uninstall and reinstall however many times you want.

It really depends on the game. But generally, you shouldn't make yourself too obvious that you're cheating like giving yourself millions and billions or buying everything all at once.
In some cases however: some games will automatically detect any changes you may make and flag you.

You cannot use In-App Purchases on sideloaded Apps/IPAs.
If you want to support the developers, you need to install the original App Store version to make purchases.

Please delete this folder: /Library/Mail/Bundles/SideloadlyPlugin.mailbundle
And re-open Sideloadly to set up anisette again.

1. Can you elaborate on your question? App+ will work with Game Center and save your progress. If you're asking whether it's safe: yes. App+ won't cause any damage or issues to your device.
2. You can find the list of all available apps from the iOSGods App.
3. iOSGods App+ was built for Non-Jailbroken devices. So you do not need a Jailbreak to download and use the apps we provide inside iOSGods App(+).

Probably not. That game was meant for Japan region - clearly.
But I wouldn't personally know. Perhaps there is an option if you dig enough?

You can PM me so we can rectify this mistake.

Please provide more information with your support requests so that we can better assist you. Such as your device, iOS version, which app you are reproducing this on and any other relevant information you can think of.
As mentioned before you create the topic, incomplete support topics will be removed.

You should try again. May have been a hiccup during that time, or something on your device blocking the request.

Apple made some changes to paid Apple ID sideloads so we will have to review and fix.
However, we do have to prioritize some other tasks first and we will eventually resolve this too.

I just tried downloading and sideloading the IPA in question from the topic/iOSGods App and it installs and launches fine for me.
Please try downloading again, and make sure the downloaded file is a .IPA file.
