There are no easy ways. il2cppdumper is as easy as it gets.
Live Offset Patcher also helps.

Logging out and back in should help. Make sure you are using the current ViP account @Tropic_Pineapples.
Additionally, ViP IPAs currently are not unlimited. You are capped to 10 per day which should be enough to do what it is you want to.

If all you are doing is mirroring your screen, then yes, sideloaded apps will be mirrored too.

It's the Simpsons Tapped Out app. Just remove it like you would with any other app.
If you can't find it in your home screen, then remove it from storage settings.

You need to place a .sdk inside your $THEOS/sdks folder.
In your case, you specifically need iPhoneOS11.2.sdk.
Otherwise, remove sysroot line in Makefile.

iOSGods App+ subscription is per device only. So if you have an active subscription, you are allowed one transfer during your term.
If you do not wish to transfer and use App+ on both devices, then you will have to purchase a new subscription for the new iPad you received.

Yes, these are the ways to solve this issue:
1. Paid Apple ID used to sideload
2. iOSGods App+
3. It’s possible that if it’s on the iOSGods App, then that issue should no longer happen. So do check for the IPA to see if it’s there and use that instead.

You must have an app which is offloaded but still installed.
Sideloadly should show the 3 sideloaded app's bundle IDs on the error so you can find and remove.
