To modify an IPA in anyway, or re-sign, it must be decrypted. And your exported IPAs are NOT decrypted.

If you have been charged on PayPal, your App+ subscription delivery can take up to 24 hours so we advise you keep an eye on your email as that is how you will get notified when it's ready.

It is an achievements hack. It makes you complete all achievements and in doing so you will get all the currency rewards.
I think that we should remove that part as a lot of users seem to be getting confused over it.

Are you Jailbroken?
We do not add ads in the games/apps. The only ads we have currently are on the forum and inside the iOSGods App. Since you are using iOSGods App+, you should not be seeing any ads.
