There are no official IPA versions of Filza, and if there are, they are iOS version specific.

There are no easy ways. il2cppdumper is as easy as it gets.
Live Offset Patcher also helps.

Logging out and back in should help. Make sure you are using the current ViP account @Tropic_Pineapples.
Additionally, ViP IPAs currently are not unlimited. You are capped to 10 per day which should be enough to do what it is you want to.

If all you are doing is mirroring your screen, then yes, sideloaded apps will be mirrored too.

After realizing that you are on macOS, local anisette is not available for macOS devices yet but we are working on introducing it ASAP.

You need to place a .sdk inside your $THEOS/sdks folder.
In your case, you specifically need iPhoneOS11.2.sdk.
Otherwise, remove sysroot line in Makefile.
