As mentioned in the iGameGod Jailed topic, you can custom install any app via the iOSGods App+ and inject iGameGod into it.
iOSGods App+ also allows you to custom install 3rd party decrypted apps too so you can inject iGameGod into any IPA. We also have a decrypted App Store service that can provide the IPAs for you.
Where exactly do you see the poor wording on our end?

Sounds like the app has anti tampering detection which there is nothing you can do about unless you reverse and disable said detection.

If you've tried both v1 and v2 of Speed Hack Manager then likely it does not support this game.
You can still use the other iGameGod features such as the cheat engine and touch recorder.

This is how the Non-Jailbroken iOS world works sadly. Apple has tight control over their devices, and they dislike people downloading apps outside of the App Store so they block it when or if they find out.
iOSGods App+ or Sideloadly are more reliable if you're interested.

This sounds like you're dealing with the recent addition of the advertisements. Please close the advertisements so you can download the actual file.
The iOSGods App is also currently revoked, so you will need to use Sideloadly until we're signed again.

You can try setting a random custom bundle ID in Sideloadly, that may help.
Otherwise, yes, it may require additional inspection to get this working on Jailed.

There is no such thing as “restoring ViP access.” 
Your account either already has ViP, or you need to purchase it. iOSGods App+ is a standalone subscription.

This sounds like a temporary issue which should resolve itself.
If it doesn't, try using a VPN.
A device reboot may also help.

COD Mobile is the worst beginner hack you can start off with to be honest. It is too complicated for a newbie and has a strong anti cheat.
You are better off starting with easier apps to learn first.

Did you install via a normal Apple ID and Sideloadly?
If I remember correctly, this game requires iOSGods App+ to work.

No, you do not need Jailbreak. iOSGods App+ is only targeted towards Non-Jailbroken users.
But even Jailbroken users can use it.

You should use Sideloadly or AltStore or iOSGods App+ to install the Jailbreak IPA again so you can Jailbreak your device.
