If using !Sideloadly, you should not uninstall the app. You need to reinstall the app or any updates using Sideloadly and the same Apple ID. That way you won't lose your progress.
 
As for iOSGods App & !iOSGods App+, they automatically sync with Game Center so everything should work normally and you can uninstall and reinstall however many times you want.

It really depends on the game. But generally, you shouldn't make yourself too obvious that you're cheating like giving yourself millions and billions or buying everything all at once.
In some cases however: some games will automatically detect any changes you may make and flag you.

If you want to support the developers, you need to install the original App Store version to make purchases.

And re-open Sideloadly to set up anisette again.

Probably not. That game was meant for Japan region - clearly.

You can PM me so we can rectify this mistake.

You should try again. May have been a hiccup during that time, or something on your device blocking the request.

Apple made some changes to paid Apple ID sideloads so we will have to review and fix.
However, we do have to prioritize some other tasks first and we will eventually resolve this too.

I just tried downloading and sideloading the IPA in question from the topic/iOSGods App and it installs and launches fine for me.
Please try downloading again, and make sure the downloaded file is a .IPA file.

I think H3lix had a DRM where you couldn't upload it to 3rd party apps. You may need to use Sideloadly.
