You need to wait for your activation email after purchase and that can take up to 24 hours. Once you receive the activation email, you will also receive instructions on how to download and install App+.

If you plan on hacking currencies, perhaps keep it on the down low. It may help.
Otherwise you can try hacking these values indirectly. An example would be to hack the rewards given by the app so it gives you unlimited currencies as a reward rather than hacking the currencies directly.

This is an Apple limitation and not a Sideloadly or iOSGods limitation.
To bypass this, you either need a paid Apple ID, or iOSGods App+.

iOSGods App+ is currently only focus on iOS devices; it does not support M1 or M2.
For M1/M2, please use Sideloadly for now.
If there is high demand, we can look into supporting App+ on Apple Silicon.

As Laxus said, it's a limitation with free Apple IDs. You need to sideload every 7 days to continue using the app. Use the same Apple ID and overwrite your installed app.
Sideloadly will be updated to automate this process, but for now, you can use iOSGods App+ which can last up to 1 year.
