It is unfortunately not possible as Apple will always try to force you on the latest iOS.
You can try something like LowerInstall or Sideloadly to perhaps bypass the apps that require iOS 11+.

To return this whole function to TRUE or FALSE, you need to write
20 00 80 52 C0 03 5F D6 -> TRUE 00 00 80 52 C0 03 5F D6 -> FALSE At the beginning of the function. In your case: STP             X20, X19, [SP,#-0x10+var_10]!

This has to do with the bundle ID. If you're changing bundle ID before installing, then Game Center and other features may stop working.
The issue here is that Apple forced bundle ID change on free Apple IDs if you're using Sideloadly.
This issue is not present on the iOSGods App+.

Are you referring to the Non-Jailbroken iOSGods App & iOSGods App+? If yes, then your current ViP subscription is only for Jailbroken section here on iOSGods.
Meaning that you have purchased the incorrect subscription. You can message me to correct this.

You can simply sideload the same game again, but untick the inject feature in Sideloadly. That way, it will overwrite your current game with the new one which doesn't have iGameGod.
 
As for the conflicts, if it's visual issues, try disabling rotation lock.

If it's stuck on downloading, what progress is there to save in the first place?
You may have to uninstall and try reinstalling.

This is how the Non-Jailbroken iOS world works sadly. Apple has tight control over their devices, and they dislike people downloading apps outside of the App Store so they block it when or if they find out.
iOSGods App+ or Sideloadly are more reliable if you're interested.
