Otherwise you can try hacking these values indirectly. An example would be to hack the rewards given by the app so it gives you unlimited currencies as a reward rather than hacking the currencies directly.

As Laxus said, it's a limitation with free Apple IDs. You need to sideload every 7 days to continue using the app. Use the same Apple ID and overwrite your installed app.
Sideloadly will be updated to automate this process, but for now, you can use iOSGods App+ which can last up to 1 year.

Binaries on iOS usually do not have an extension. Make sure you're loading the correct one.
For this you will need to learn basic ARM instructions so you can understand what the function does and patch it either by hex editing the binary and placing it back, or use the easier Live Offset Patcher approach.

There unfortunately is no longer a Jailed hack for DomiNations on the iOSGods App right now as it has been patched.
Please use the Jailbreak version instead if possible, otherwise check back frequently as a new hack may be posted!

It is unfortunately not possible as Apple will always try to force you on the latest iOS.
You can try something like LowerInstall or Sideloadly to perhaps bypass the apps that require iOS 11+.
