It seems like GitHub has changed something and OpenSSL on iOS needs updating, and probably many others.
I was able to install my theos via a workaround. Clone it to a Mac, WSL, Cygwin or others. Then use rsync to copy it to your iDevice.
rsync -aruv theos/ root@yourdeviceip:theos/ The above works fine until cloning via git is fixed.

If you crafted an unreleased item, you will need to reset your game.
You can overwrite your app instead of restarting every 7 days.

You can either copy the files and use a different name or just add another bundle ID line inside the apmenu plist.
