Seems like you used your credit card to pay for ViP via PayPal. If that's the case, it may take a few days for PayPal to process your payment but once it does, you should automatically become ViP on iOSGods.

There is currently no Public Jailbreak for iOS 11.3 as of now.

The hack is currently VIP Only. However, we are looking into moving it to free in the near future.

You need to install the latest Filza from BigBoss repo.

Was able to fix my theos by first cloning the GitHub repository to my Mac, then using rsync to copy over it to my iDevice.
Thanks to kirb for pointing out rsync!

It seems like GitHub has changed something and OpenSSL on iOS needs updating, and probably many others.
I was able to install my theos via a workaround. Clone it to a Mac, WSL, Cygwin or others. Then use rsync to copy it to your iDevice.
rsync -aruv theos/ root@yourdeviceip:theos/ The above works fine until cloning via git is fixed.

Electra 1.0.3 still requires manually installing debs apparently.

Used WinSCP and was able to fix it using that! 
FilzaEscaped should work fine too, as long as you can install the .deb file from that topic.

Seems like in order to revoke, you must use the 0.9.43 Cydia Impactor and to sideload you must use the latest.
Or just use a different Apple ID.

There is probably many online versions, you will have to Google a bit. Or you can even use the on-device Netflix Checker by julioverne.

Close any other programs that are using your iDevice and try again.
Or just reboot your PC and try again.

Ok, I found a the fix!
We simply had to disable csrutil and then reboot via Terminal.
csrutil disable reboot But you can only do that when your macOS is in Recovery Mode.
Easiest way to enter recovery mode on VMWare is to add this line to your .vmx file:
macosguest.forceRecoveryModeInstall = "TRUE" Then reboot your macOS and it will go into Recovery Mode so you can run the command above. 
Once done, shut down your mac, remove the line in .vmx and boot your macOS once more to into your user account.
 
If you get stuck in Recovery Mode, you need to delete the .nvram file next to your .vmx. Make sure your .vmx settings are all correct.

Check the topic in a few hours for an update.

The file is 2GB if I recall, so it might take 30 minutes as you say. If not longer depending on your device and PC.

You need to uninstall unused tweaks.
That error means you don't have any dpace left on the system partition, not the user partition.
Your user partition can have 5GB free but the system one can only have a few MBs. So try uninstalling some tweaks you do not use.
