It seems that you have purchased ViP instead of iOSGods App+.

If you're using Sideloadly, just always refresh/overwrite the app instead of uninstalling. Use the same Apple ID.
If you're using iOSGods App+, then it will automatically sync with Game Center so you don't have to worry about losing progress.

Apple has implemented a new delay on Apple Developer account activations which in turn affects iOSGods App+.
Because of this, you may need to wait up to 14 days for your subscription/transfer to be activated or completed. You can read more about this here:
We are currently trying to rectify this issue and working on updating our systems to better inform users as to what's happening regarding their subscription. This is a work in progress.

You can verify this by downloading Sneaky Sasquatch Apple Arcade IPA and testing to see if it works on your end.
The mentioned Fruit Ninja Classic+ & Jetpack Joyride+ will be gradually updated with the solution so keep an eye out for those.
