The 2nd one should appear after around 1 minute, so you can time yourself to not be in bad game state for when it appears.
We will look into these issues when iGAuth gets revamped.
I understand it can be annoying, but right now we need them.
We do not force cheaters to put hacks in ViP, it's their decision on where their hack goes. But if the ads are really annoying you, consider purchasing the cheapest ViP package as it will remove them. And if you are Jailbroken, there is likely a way to block ads but that may have other unwanted side effects.

We do not have an exact ETA unfortunately. Revokes aren't something under our control so they can be unexpected, and recently there have been a lot of them thus the app downtime.

Seems like your device is currently not supported on the IPA. You can fix this by adding your device to the Info.plist or wait for an update by the author.

Downloading revoked apps will fail. They will fail to download & install so there is no point in allowing users to download revoked apps.

Jailbreak .deb hacks require the app to be already installed from the App Store.
.deb files only contain the hack, not the app itself.
