You can use Cydia Impactor to sideload the unc0ver IPA.

You can also fix Electra by creating a DynamicLibraries symlink and point it to /usr/lib/TweakInject.

In order to solve this, you will need to add your device to the supported devices inside Info.plist. Open the .IPA archive with WinRar or 7-zip or any other alternatives and modify the .plist to add your device.
