You would need to decrypt the IPA, or find a decrypted version online to be able to accomplish this.
Decryption is not possible if you're not Jailbroken, and the Decrypted App Store will not help you in this case since the app is paid.

Most new Unity games have their main executable located in .app/Frameworks/UnityFramework.framework/UnityFramework.
In this case, you need to load UnityFramework in IDA.

Sounds like the only way you can play it right now is to get a 32-bit device as Apple has dropped support for that since iPhone 5s & iOS 9, 10 or 11.

It currently does not support a Jailed environment.
For Jailed, your only way of testing offsets is to modify the executable directly and sideload the IPA using Sideloadly or alternatives.

Also, log out of Game Center and run iCleaner — it may help.
Alternatively, tweaks like Slices may also help.

I believe even card payments are blocked in Russia so it's possible that you may be unable to purchase anything at this time.
We are working on introducing other payment options so perhaps check back at a later time!

CarPlay: It might be possible, but unfortunately implementing such a thing would be too time consuming and it's possible that it may not be very popular. Not to mention the fact that I do not have a car to test this on.
Dynamic Island: This may be related to how App+ uses the music player functionality to prevent iOS from killing it in the background. Since live activities are a thing now, it may appear as being buggy on latest iOS if you minimize App+. We'll look into improving this feature.

You can do so manually by editing the .plist inside /Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries and add your target bundle ID there.
I have not tested this but it may work!

Yes, you can inject iGameGod Jailed to any IPAs via the iOSGods App+'s Custom App Signing feature. You can get the IPAs from the Decrypted App Store too.
