You can inject with Sideloadly and export the IPA instead of install.

There are a few ways currently:
iOSGods App when it is signed. iOSGods App+ which is currently signed and working. Paid Apple ID so you can use with Sideloadly or Apple Developer Program Install option TrollStore which support iOS 14 to ~15.5

There are no ETAs on certificates as it's completely random and outside of our control.

Thank you for sending me a PM about this. I've just replied to it.

If you're using Sideloadly, just always refresh/overwrite the app instead of uninstalling. Use the same Apple ID.
If you're using iOSGods App+, then it will automatically sync with Game Center so you don't have to worry about losing progress.

This issue should be solved now. You do not need to do anything on your end other than open the app and see if it works! Do report back!

Turning it off and on when you need it also works, but it's inconvenient.

Happy to notify you that we've managed to solve the issue thanks to @Laxus!
You can verify this by downloading Sneaky Sasquatch Apple Arcade IPA and testing to see if it works on your end.
The mentioned Fruit Ninja Classic+ & Jetpack Joyride+ will be gradually updated with the solution so keep an eye out for those.
