There are a few ways currently:
iOSGods App when it is signed. iOSGods App+ which is currently signed and working. Paid Apple ID so you can use with Sideloadly or Apple Developer Program Install option TrollStore which support iOS 14 to ~15.5 -

Unfortunately, Apple has implemented delays to device activations so the 24 hour activations are no longer applicable.
We have communicated this before purchasing and via the email that was sent after ordering.

Apple has implemented a new delay on Apple Developer account activations which in turn affects iOSGods App+.
Because of this, you may need to wait up to 14 days for your subscription/transfer to be activated or completed. You can read more about this here:
