Only download hacks from iOSGods. Uninstall anything else as they're modified and malicious.

So, basically you have no tweaks or anything installed and you're getting this error?

If you visit the Hack Requests section, you can see red and bold text saying "You need at least 3 posts to be able to make a request topic."

Time to restore and hopefully rejailbreak.
 
You can't do anything without Cydia working or without any file explorers which have access to the file system.

Download the app from iTunes on your PC, then install it on your iDevice then Crack it using Rasticrac.

Make sure you uninstall all previous versions and run iCleaner then install that. Disable any flex patches etc.

Install Filza and check these two locations:
 
/var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/  -> They're usually in here but if they're not, try the location below.
 
/var/mobile/Containers/Bundle/Application/

I don't think so anymore. Seems server sided.

Being removed from an alliance and resetting your medals is how you get banned in DomiNations because that's the whole point of the game. Gaining medals and playing with friends.
 
You will not be able to join alliances anymore (and I think you cannot gain any medals). You will need to reset your account using the tutorials in Tutorials section.

Make sure you're jailbroken and have Cydia installed.
 
Now open Safari and enter this URL there: cydia://package/preferenceloader
 
It will redirect you to 'PreferenceLoader' package in Cydia which you can install.
 

 
If that doesn't work, download and install this .deb via iFile.

Link your dropbox to filza and ifile then copy paste the file in dropbox tab.

If you go to /etc/apt/sources.list.d are there any repos inside cydia.list and saurik.list?
