After restoring my phone, jail breaking it again and installing igg, now I'm getting the failed initialization error T_T -

Hey Swizz, I'm on iOS 9.3.3 and have CSR 2 ver 1.4.7 and I've recently jailbroken my phone and followed your tutorial. When I open up iGG Beta, nothing shows up unless I go to "more" and select "System Applications" under Display Applications. Only then, does customstreerace show up. So when I select it, it just stays highlighted and nothing happens. So I go to search to start the first steps, whatever I type in, nothing shows up. Any help is appreciated.
